Terms and conditions

1) This promotion is valid only for home delivery and Pre-order purchases made online through https://temptations.malaysiaairlines.com

2) This promotion does not apply to purchases made onboard or via the Enrich Order Form.

3) This promotion does not apply to purchases made before or after the Promotion Period.

4) This promotion cannot be applied in conjunction with any existing Temptations promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.

5) Existing and/or new Enrich members who enrol numerous accounts for the purpose of this Promotion shall be subject to the following:

• In the event of any illegal activities which shall include and not limited to fraud, creating duplicate or more accounts, abuse or any dishonesty related to this Promotion or any Enrich promotions may result to withdrawal, suspension, cancellation and/or termination of any membership and/or the Enrich card and/or any of the benefits and services thereby offered including but not limited to the forfeiture and cancellation of all accrued Enrich Points, Elite Points and/or Elite Sectors, and unused Enrich Awards. The Enrich Member may also be held liable for all damages, litigation and transaction costs, including but not limited to Enrich Points related to the illegal activities thereof. 6) DFASS reserves the exclusive right to cancel/modify any order or revoke the use of Promo Code and reserve the right to seek compensation from any and/or all fraudsters for any reason, including due to:

• suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity and Promo Code use;
• Promo Code abuse, including the use of multiple Enrich accounts or multiple check outs associated with the same Enrich member or existing Enrich members re-enrol as new members for the purpose of redeeming the Promo Code.

7) Delivery of the items purchased will be within 7 (seven) working days after the order is confirmed; for local delivery.

8) For delivery out-of-Malaysia, it will take up to 21 working days. Delivery charges do not include customs/import duties and postal clearance. Any additional cost, if applicable, will be borne by the customer and paid directly to the respective custom and/or courier upon arrival of items in the country, and cannot be paid using any form of vouchers (including e-vouchers) or points.

8) Pre-flight order service is available for all Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB) international flights departing and arriving into Kuala Lumpur with flight time (3) hours and above.

9) Pre-orders must be made from 72 hours prior to flight departure date and up to 90 days in advance.

10) Any changes to the delivery flight must be made at least 72 hours (according to the above table) prior to the revised flight departure date and not more than 90 days after the order creation date.

12) Credit card purchase will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). Travel document (e.g. passport) validation against the credit card holder is required. MAB honours various kinds of credit cards.

13) Upon receiving your order on board, please acknowledge receipt by signing the packing list which will be handed to you by the cabin crew.

14) Please refer to the list of FAQs regarding the Pre-order for in-flight collection here .

15) The Participants shall settle any claim, dispute or question arising in connection with the use of the Promo Code directly with DFASS at which the Promo Code is used. MAB shall bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes or for the dispute itself.

16) Should any dispute arise, the decision of DFASS and/or MAB will be final.

18) The Organizers also reserves the right to vary, modify, delete or change any of the Terms and Conditions herein contained at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, extension, suspension or termination of the Promotion Period at any time prior to the expiry of the Promotion Period shall not entitle the Participants to claim any compensation from the Organizers for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participants as a result of the said cancellation, extension, suspension or termination.

19) The Organizers will not be responsible or liable for any claims, loss or damage whatsoever, resulting from or in connection with this Promotion.

20) The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

21) By virtue of an entry to the Promotion, the Participants signify their absolute and unconditional acceptance and agreement to all the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein.

22) The Organizers will not be held responsible for any typographical errors or misprint under these Terms and Conditions.
